How long have you been in business?
The Garden Factory opened in March of 1974. We just celebrated 40 years in business in 2014.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We supply the highest quality plants and outdoor living products. Annuals, perennials and vegetables grown on the premises in our greenhouses ensure they are up to our standards.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We focus all of our energy on our one location at 2126 Buffalo Road in Gates, NY.

Take the 490 expressway to exit 7A, The Garden Factory is located 1/4 mile down Buffalo Road on the North side of the street.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash and credit (Visa, M/C, Discover, Amex). No personal checks.
Which areas do you service?
We deliver from Buffalo to Syracuse and south into Geneseo.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Martell family has owned and operated The Garden Factory since it opened in 1974.
