I became interested in this line of business because it has been in my family for over 45 years, therefore I wanted to keep the business going.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are family owned and operated, as well as have no subcontractors. We give lifetime warranties on all labor serving Rochester and surrounding areas for over 45 years. All customers deal directly with the working contractor.

There is one location, and we do not plan to expand due to us being family owned and operated.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
As a new business owner I was looking for a good deal with quality work and that is what I found with Craftsman Custom Design. I needed new siding as well as a new roof. Their quote was by far the best! I also received a lifetime warrantee along with free gutters. I was a little concerned with the amount of noise that would come along with this project, considering that I am a spa owner. They accommodated me and my business by working on days that we were closed which is Sunday and Monday. When they were there during business hours they would work around all of our spa services to eliminate noise which was great! They told me the project would take about a week and a half to two weeks and they finished in a little over a week. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
