Schantz Homes, Inc. was founded in 1946 by Frank Schantz. Today, over 60 years and 4,000 homes later John J. Schantz, Jr. and Stephen Schantz are third-generation builders who continue to define the Schantz Homes, Inc. standards of quality craftsmanship.
We build in our own subdivisions, located in Webster, NY and on buyer owned lots. We also perform remodeling and home addition services ranging from updating bathrooms to large additions.
