Contact Mr Phillips via phone and asked him to stop by to perform a repair to our roof (as he had done previously). He indicated that he was sorry he missed stopping by on the weekend, but he would make time the following week. 6 days later I reached out to him again asking when he would be available, he indicated he could stop by on Sunday. He never showed up, never called and did not respond to texts. After this ghosting he contacted (mistakenly) telling me he has free time starting tomorrow to replace my roof, when I let him know I’m the person with only a few tiles missing he goes radio silent… this is not a person or company you want to do business with….

Michael and his company was very prompt and the worked turned out beautiful. Also I save about 2 to 3 thousand dollars. It was a win, win.
